Vostermans Ventilation Sdn Bhd is wholly owned subsidiary of Vostermans Ventilation B.V., a parent
company of a multinational enterprise, specializes in special high duty ventilation systems especially
for the agricultural and industrial market. The company was found in 2006 with its facility in Klang,
Malaysia and headquarters in Netherlands. Vostermans Ventilation exports Multifan and MF-Flex
Motors to more than 70countries worldwide. We are one of the world’s most important manufacturer
of ventilation systems for the agricultural market. In line with our business expansion in Asian market,
we invite suitable qualifies, dynamic and highly committed personnel to join our team.

Job description
 Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree,
   Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Electrical/
   Electronic), Marketing, Engineering (Mechatronics/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
 At least 3 - 5 Year(s) of working experience in ventilation business especially in Poultry or
   Piggery or Greenhouse or Industrial sector in Asia Pacific or related field is required for this position.
 Experience in agricultural/industry/HVAC.
 Highly integrated attitude and team player with high integrity and independent.
 This job requires extensive travelling.
 Training will be provided in Malaysia/Holland

Responsibilities
 Responsible for managing, supporting and servicing the dealers/distributors related needs of
   an assigned set of strategic customers.
 Identify & developing business opportunities in assigned territory with the objective of achieving
   group sales target.
 Understand customer’s requirement & be able to formulate with customers proposed solutions
   with assistance of professional technical team.
 Conduct sales-oriented presentation & discussions with customers & prepares relevant
   correspondence for closure of sales.
 To develop business potential with new and existing customers in Agricultural Sectors and
   Industrial.
 Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and services.
   Assist in the development for marketing initiatives and programs.

Location
 South Korea
   (Candidate’s own country as they would be our representative in respective country)

Salary Range
 3500～7000(USD)
